The Section members collectively have hundreds of books at home on their bookshelves gathering dust.
Our Chair Ian Clarke has come up with a way that these books can be used for their intended purpose and inform and spread knowledge once again and The Wessex V&V Section Library has been created.
Frank Cropp has kindly agreed to become the Section Librarian and administer the Library.
Section members pay a partly refundable deposit of £1 to borrow a book from the Library and upon return receive 50p back. The remaining 50p goes into Section funds.
Initial Book Titles available to borrow are:
AJS of Wolverhampton by S.J. Mills
Bob McIntyre: The Flying Scot by Mick Walker
Fast Bikes by Igloo Books
Geoff Duke “in pursuit of perfection” by Geoff Duke
Great British Motorcycles of the Fifties by Bob Currie
